well, it is pronounced as it's spelled: the "ch" in oach is pronounced as the "ch" in "lachen", you are right with the pronounciation in "katzl", "schwo" is also correct but it's not "ef" in the end but pronounced as a German "a" => "af"

and, jsz, don't despair of Bavarian pronounciation because most Germans aren't able to pronounce it correct too. It's a difficult dialect that you only learn to pronounce when you hear it every day (like me )
